We develop Fellowship Leaders, Disciple Makers, Freedom Coaches, Training Center Instructors and Five Fold Ministers on a regular basis.

leadership class

A Leadership Class is 2-10 Christ Followers and/or Five Fold Ministers who are taught how to lead a Fellowship, Disciple Making Group, Freedom Group, Training Center Class and/or a Five Fold Minister Team. Our online Leadership Classes are offered on a Saturday morning and/or the 4th Sunday of the month during the Fellowship Connection. Registration is required.

Leadership in training

Leadership in Training is our hands on training under supervision. A leader in training is placed with an experienced leader in one of our ministries. The leader in training rotates leading the Reconciliation Fellowship, Disciple Making Group, Freedom Group, Training Center Class or Five Fold Minister Team. Trainees go through approximately 3 months of training in a ministry before being commissioned as a leader of that ministry.

leadership network

We have a Leadership Network for Reconciliation Fellowships, Disciple Making Groups, Freedom Ministry, Reconciliation Training Center and Five Fold Ministers. The Leadership Network meeting for each ministry usually occurs monthly.

The Leadership Network for each ministry includes every leader who has completed the training class, is participating in hands on training and is an experienced leader in that ministry. The leaders in each network oversee and lead the respective ministry.
