Since 2012, Christians and ministers from over 100 different churches and multiple denominations have participated in our discipleship and leadership training.

Reconciliation Ministries Training Center curriculum is the Fruit Bearing Life Training and Five Fold Minister Training. Our methods consist of Journey Groups, Bible Study Groups, Discipleship Classes and Leadership Classes. Each group or class is led by a Training Instructor certified through Reconciliation Ministries.

journey groups

A Journey Group is 2-10 Christ Followers and/or Five Fold Ministers who meet in person, by phone or online weekly, bi-weekly or monthly for 75-90 minutes to be taught the Fruit Bearing Life Training. Journey Groups can meet any day or time of the week and are taught by a Certified Training Instructor. Registration is required.

bible study groups

A Bible Study Group is 2 or more Christ Followers and/or Five Fold Ministers from different church backgrounds who meet weekly, bi-weekly or monthly for 60-90 minutes online or in person any time or day of the week. Individuals are taught how to read God’s word with purpose and/or the Fruit Bearing Life Training. All Bible Study Groups are taught by a Certified Training Instructor. Registration is required.

discipleship classes

A Discipleship Class is 2-10 Christ Followers and/or Five Fold Ministers who meet online through Zoom weekly, bi-weekly or monthly for 90 minutes. Individuals are taught the Fruit Bearing Life Training. Discipleship Classes are offered once a quarter and are taught by at least one Certified Training Instructor. Registration is required.

leadership training classes

A Leadership Training Class is 2-10 Christ Followers and/or Five Fold Ministers who are instructed how to lead a Disciple Making Group, Journey Group, Bible Study Group and Freedom Group. We also offer a Five Fold Minister Introduction Class and other Five Fold Minister training classes. Our Leadership Training Classes are taught by at least one Certified Training Instructor. Registration is required.
